Prompt alone will show you your current prompt.

%p -  Your current power                         |y  Yellow (Brown)
%P -  Your maximum power                         |Y  Bright Yellow
%m -  Your current mana                          |c  Cyan
%M -  Your maximum mana                          |C  Bright Cyan
