Gemstone Cutting

Gemstone cutting gives you a general knowledge of how to cut and shape
gemstones.

You can determine what type of material an item is made of by examining it.

Note:  This skill is fairly useless on its own, but when combined with  
       armory and/or weaponry it is of great aid in fixing armor and/or
       weapons that are made mostly of gemstone.
