Bastard Swords

The bastard sword is a military sword of about three and a half feet in length.
It has a double-edged blade and is designed for causing slashing damage. It has
what is called a basket hilt, which gives an extra advantage when parrying as
you can catch and swing away your opponent's blade with the hilt. This sword is
designed for two-handed use.
