I know this has been an ongoing issue.. and personally, I think it will continue to be. However, with the lack of players and the feedback I've heard from several Avatar's.

Can you please set up the bonus for exp again? Maybe not 100%, maybe 50%? Its to the point when a level 150 risks his life against a level 300 mob and gains only 1 mil exp from it. BUT if he dies, he loses 20 mil or more. Understand that normally, a player should assume he would die against such a large mob. This is just an example of how bad the exp is for us.

If he chooses not to take that risk against such a large for, then he's spending hours killing smaller for 1 mil (HOURS). The risk/reward just isn't there and it puts a damper on larger players to even play anymore.

If there were 20+ on daily, not a problem. We could get groups together and kill. Unfortunately that's not the case. We're forced to do solo jobs and it's just not worth it anymore. We're committed to continue, we just need some help again.

If you won't do the exp bonus or if changing up how we receive exp per kill, then maybe gain exp for rping? Something.. anything..

Some more feedback;

Possible to allow some type of revenge killing to earn back if not 100% maybe 90% of the exp you lost? For example:

You take up the challenge to kill something and you die = -10 mil exp
You go back to kill what killed you and you get = +500k exp +100% or 90% revenge exp back (from the exp you lost).

This way, you go back and correct what went wrong in the first fight. So now instead of going back and killing the NPC and only gaining 500k and virtually starting further away in experience than before. Now you'll come out (if it's 100% exp back) even more advanced than before.

Which is what experience would do for you.

So the issue lately has been exp lose. I tried to cover this before and I still think the whole "revenge exp" thing would add another fun aspect to this game. Not only that.. but..
Lately Zanermy, Angmar, and myself lost an incredible amount of exp for 1 death. Myself, I lost 220 million, when my normal exp per level was 40 mil. That's almost 6 levels of exp down the hole. I understand its a random lose for exp when you die. But.. people are losing 80 mil, 150 mil, and 220 million. To me that's a bit extreme and there is no way of gaining it back. With the numbers we have, I think things like this only do one thing for DL, a drop in number of players.

Let's face it, we're not 15 anymore. Spending 15hrs a day (except Efori) on here grinding out levels and grabbing 40 mil of exp in a month. But with 1 slip up, we lose not only that 1 month but tac on another 4 months to it. We've all got things that don't allow us to spend all day on here. So i think a help in this department would not only increase numbers in players but help the overall game out as well.

I have to agree with that whole heartedly. Mainly because I remember being level 92 and dying and needing 84 million experience and each level was only 19 or so million. And like Nas said, we aren't 15 anymore.
